Our most versatile cabin, the Glacier can fill a multitude of needs. The 28’ x 16’ size is big enough to give you space to live, but small enough to fit any budget. In addition, the size allows it to be built in our factory and shipped to you already built, if that’s what you choose. All that is required is that a simple foundation be ready for the cabin to sit on.
Paramount Log Homes is developing a completely "grid free" option for this package – solar power, propane appliances, incinerating toilet, and gray water disposal. This will allow you to put the Glacier in any location you can get a truck to and still enjoy modern living. Check back in March for pricing and details.
Flexible floor plans allow for plenty of options:
- Mountain Retreats — an affordable option for weekend visits to your own little piece of heaven — before the "dream" cabin.
- Mother in Law Suite/Guest Quarters — drop the cabin in behind your house for close, but separate, living space.
- Rentals — whether for a resort or as rental units close to town, the Glacier can easily rent for $400/month or more, yet requires only a small piece of land to sit on.
- Commercial — rearrange the walls and the Glacier will make a great office — for a realtor, insurance agent, architect, etc. — complete with restroom and waiting area.
- Use Your Imagination — motel suite, church camp, business retreat, hunting cabin ̵ the possibilities for this cabin are wide open
